A beautiful wedding doesn’t happen over night. It takes time and a whole lot of planning. Timeless Love Weddings understand the commitment it takes to plan entire wedding. With us by your side we make the planning process easier by dividing your wedding into phases. Like you, many of our couples have different priorities when it come to their wedding day. Some put a emphasis on the Flowers & decor, while other focus on the entire guest experience like hiring a live band or having late night snacks.
Because your wedding is uniquely you, we always start with an in depth planning meeting so we understand… your desires, your budget & your guest experience. This is our priority.
2. We take your vision and find your team
What most couples don’t realize, are all the pieces that go into your actual wedding day. Rentals, flowers, entertainment…. There’s lot of moving piece, and we found having a strong vendor team will defiantly help make your day seamless and stress-free. Our commitment is helping you find the right team, within your budget to give you a wedding you’ve always dreamed of.
There is a lot of communication that goes into planning your dream wedding. At TL we believe in over communication. It helps everyone including you be one one page through out planning journey. As your planner we’re involved in every step, from scheduling appointment, answering your emails from vendors to monthly phone calls to ensure your planning is on track. As a your wedding manager, were not as involved in the planning but more so in the logistics side. Either way, communication is key for Timeless Love.
4. Become the logistics guru
Now that you’ve plan the perfect wedding, it’s time to logistical make it all work. A wedding is not like throwing a birthday party. On average a wedding has 10 vendors. Between hair & make-up, catering, cake, rentals, and so on… It’s very important to have a timeline that’s organized and make sense. I hate to say it, but if you, your bridal party, or a vendor is late it can really screw up your wedding.
We work with each of your vendors to ensure that one (1) you have contracted them for enough time and two (2) to make sure that the timeline works for their needs. As a caterer, if you are doing a plated dinner, we would’t have them dropping salads during your first dance or having your cake designer delivering a red velvet & cream cheese cake out side in the sun at 2pm when the ceremony won’t start till 6pm. It’s our job to to think logistics and while you have all the fun!
