Our Full Planning package is perfect for couples that want someone every step to help manage all the minor and large details because you just don’t have time, you live out of town, or frankly, you just don’t want to deal with it. Then, we got you!
We’ll begin with a fun “Get to know you” meeting where we learn about you as a couple, we’ll listen to your vision, and chat about the budget. It’s important because we’re all about guiding and curating the perfect wedding that reflects YOU.
Design is individual to each wedding, so we provide a custom quote to every couple!

starting at 15% of Total Budget with a Minimum of $8,500
**Additional $300 for a 4th day-of staff member for weddings with multiple venues or with over 250 guests. This also covers the additional venue walkthrough.

Oversee the set-up of Vendors CEREMONY, COCKTAIL + RECEPTION
We’re in charge of setting up YOUR décor not handled by a specific vendor’s (Signage, pictures, favors, paper goods, etc.)
Welcome guests + answer wedding day questions As your guests arrive, we’re there to greet and meet so they know where to go
Cue the Wedding Party + musicians during the CEREMONY One question I get, will tell me when to go? YOU BET
Collect all personal wedding items & gifts, and deliver to the reception site or designated personal vehicle
Line up and cue your crew for their GRAND ENTRANCE
We’ll assist with band +/or DJ, wedding party, and YOU with cueing of important events (i.e. grand entrance, 1st dance, parents dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, games, etc.)
And most of all COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE to the vendor team throughout the night to ensure things are going smoothly
3-day Wedding EVENT COORDINATION We’ll be at your venue or house to ensure your set up and the event runs smoothly (HAALDI, MEHNDI, SANGEET/GARBA + FULL WEDDING DAY)
You’ll have a team of ONE (1) – THREE (3) Coordinators from 8 am-11:59 pm to help with everything When it’s time for photography, you’ll have your own personal bridal/Groom assistant
We’ll make sure Breakfast/Brunch is ready to go for your guests each day
We’ll ensure LUNCH runs smoothly and catering setup and breaks down as needed
Use of the extensive Bridal Emergency Kit. We’ll be ready and available to solve any unexpected situation or emergency.

We’ll manage any FLIPS that may be needed If you have one or more event in a single room, we’ll help manage the flip to ensure everything is completed in a timely manner

Full event design, theme, & concept development- It’s about creating a cohesive feeling from the beginning to the end. Included, but not limited to invitations, floral design, and décor, menus, programs, lighting, favors, table designs, linens, specialty rentals, save the dates, etc.
Assist with setting up alteration FITTINGS Wedding planner must be at ALL final fittings
Monthly checklist There are some things I just can’t do, but we’re still on it. We’ll send a monthly checklist of thing(s) you’ll have to complete to ensure a smooth planning journey
Review vendor contracts before you sign on the dotted line

Help with your RENTAL SELECTION We most definitely will be at your rental appointment. Since we’ll be checking inventory the day of we’ve got to know what you picked. And hey, I’ve got a great eye for design too.
