Full event design, theme, & concept development- It’s about creating a cohesive feeling from the beginning to the end. Included, but not limited to invitations, floral design, décor, menus, programs, lighting, favors, table designs, linens, specialty rentals, invitations, etc.
Budget design + Management
Monthly checklist There are some things I just can’t do, but we’re still on it. We’ll send a monthly checklist of thing(s) you’ll have to complete to ensure a smooth planning journey
Review vendor contracts before you sign on the dotted line
Provide guidance on Catering + menu choices
Help with your RENTAL SELECTION We most definitely will be at your rental appointment. Since we’ll be checking inventory the day of we’ve got to know what you picked. And hey, I’ve got a great eye for design too.
Invitation Assistance with wording and final proof approval Don’t send them, till we check them
Design Floor plan(s) + Timeline We want the flow of your event to be spectacular
A detailed PRODUCTION DOCUMENT 10+ pages of every detail of your event..
Confirm arrangements; check delivery date, arrival times quantities of rentals, etc. with all vendors
Confirm transportation arrangements We must make sure your guests arrive on time
Assist with set up + clean up
Direct VENDORS when they arrive + assist with questions + Oversee the set-up
Set up and personal décor + stationery items
We’ll assist with band +/or DJ, and cueing YOU of important events (i.e. grand entrance, cake cutting, toast, etc.)
And most of all COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE to the vendor team throughout the night to ensure things are going smoothly
