This might seem like an obvious question, but it's an important one to ask because each planner works differently.

For many couples, this is your first wedding (If not, I can still help). They're unsure where to begin, what vendors are reputable, and how to develop a budget. Planning a wedding is not only about choosing your colors, flowers, and menu (though that's the best part). There are logistical matters to attend to, such as the timing of events, parking situations, and knowing which vendors are reputable. Planners are not only in the business of helping you with the event but depending on which package we'll help you with vendor selection, floor plan designs, time management, budget management and so much more. We're here to guide you throughout the wedding planning and take care of all your concerns.

Why should I hire a wedding planner?

The real question is, who is looking for who? A venue manager/coordinator is looking out for the best interest of the venue. The venue coordinator deals with everything having to do with the venue- food, setup, etc. A wedding coordinator will deal with aspects of the venue, such as setup, and will make sure everything is to your specifications. A wedding planner/coordinator looks out for the best interest of YOU, the bride. A wedding coordinator stays by your side throughout the day and night. As experienced professionals, we can take over that role instead, so while you get to have a fun and meaningful time at your wedding, those closest to you do, too!

Some venue has an inclusive package which may include a day-of coordinator. Make sure to clarify with your venue.

If your unsure, we review the contract at $50 per contract. If you end up choosing TL Weddings we'll apply that towards your package.

Timeless Love NC Wedding will only take one wedding or event per day per wedding consultant. We ensure your wedding will have at least One (1) consultant and at least one (1) to two (2) assistants depending on your guest count. We will have more assistants should you have multiple locations, a large bridal party, and a large guest count.
